Initial Briefing and Research
To begin our partnership, the Zelle team will connect with your hiring executives and gain a more in-depth understanding of your organization’s culture, structure, and needs. We’ll go over the attributes you’re looking for in potential candidates and the qualifications and qualities they will need to be a successful fit.

Talent Mapping and Selection
From local to national searches, we create a personalized search strategy to find you the absolute best talent. We don’t just stop with LinkedIn, we use our extensive networks and specialized strategies to find you the hidden talent you’re after. Each potential candidate will be pre-screened by Zelle to ensure they are appropriately qualified and a good culture fit for your organization. Your time, money and resources are valuable which is why we’re all about quality, not quantity.

Once the top potential candidates have been selected, they will be presented to you for consideration. To ensure we’re maximizing each party’s time and resources efficiently, we’ll thoroughly manage the expectations of both the candidates and the client to ensure we’re finding the best fit. From salary and benefit expectations, to potential relocation amenities, we’re up front with both parties on any qualifiers the other party may require.

We’ll take care of the arrangements in setting up interviews and personally introducing you to each candidate. If the potential candidate is traveling in for an interview, we’ll assist them in making any necessary accommodations and ensure they have the best representation of the community.

Integration and Closure
When a final Zelle candidate is selected, we work with closely with you and the candidate to negotiate a package that is agreeable to both parties. We’ll take care of the formalities as needed including background checks/drug screenings, assist with the onboarding of the successful candidate into the workplace, and ensure long-term satisfaction for both parties.
