Payroll

We’ll work in whatever payroll system or HRIS that you currently utilize. Our team is experienced in most systems. If you do not have a payroll system, or would like to switch vendors, we’re here to make suggestions that would fit your organization best. 

Depending on your organization’s pay practices, you may only need to be involved for high-level scenarios. If you have commissions, reimbursements, or deductions that are not integrated into your HRIS, we’ll need to get those from you each payroll week. Otherwise, we’ll handle new hire, change of employment, and separation inputs. 

We’re flexible. If you’re okay with email, we’ll take the information that way. Want a more secure format? We work heavily in others’ SharePoint folders where we drag, drop, and reference payroll items as needed.

Absolutely! We want to ensure all employee information is handled with the utmost care. 

We do! If your retirement services aren’t integrated with your HRIS, we can inquire about an electronic data interface or reconcile them from the vendor’s site directly. 

Yes! We require your organization to utilize either direct deposit or pay cards. 

Of course – our team is well versed in income withholdings, levies, and garnishments. Do you have a unique situation? Let’s talk through it!
