As Vice President of Operations and Partnerships at Zelle, Hannah splits her time between overseeing internal operations and cultivating relationships with Zelle partners. The IBM Watson Talent Partnership, Zelle’s most impactful partner, is Hannah’s “sweet spot.” Here, she works together with IBM to find industry-leading technology solutions to help clients make informed hiring decisions. In addition, she frequently steps into organizations to cultivate hiring, onboarding, and development initiatives that bring positive cultural growth.
As a Zelle consultant, Jamie stays on top of industry trends and technology to provide clients with viable solutions that best fit their organizations. She assists clients with HR structure and compliance, workforce planning and development, performance management, and leadership training platforms. HR is her “jam” and connecting with people every day is one of her biggest joys.

As Director of Recruiting, Jake oversees the recruitment team as well as attracts first-rate talent for companies to create long-lasting, successful relationships.
Courtney has always been a natural people-person. After working in the retail management industry and training employees every day, Courtney quickly learned she was destined for a career in Human Resources.
At Zelle, Courtney develops marketing strategies for each Zelle division and promotes the overall brand. She also manages the daily operations of the business (i.e. keeps everyone in the office on their toes).

As Zelle Specialist, Kate ensures our clients get the most out of their relationships with their consultants. You’ll usually find her knee-deep in research, project collaboration, and document creation – all the things her top-notch organizational skills are designed for.
Maria loves numbers and people – a win-win at Zelle. She believes HR can make or break any organization, so it’s vital to have solid practices in place. As the Zelle Accountant, Maria’s awesome number crunching skills allow the Zelle team to focus on their clients while Maria handles all accounting and finances. We are lucky to have such a math whiz in the office!
Malcolm’s 20 years in the clinical psychology field led him to pursue a specialized focus in leadership effectiveness and organizational success.
As Zelle’s Leadership Consultant, Malcolm advises clients on talent enhancement and people strategies in order to achieve business and strategic organizational goals, as well as maximum leadership effectiveness. Malcolm’s coaching approach is based on lifelong studies of human and organizational behavior and resonates well with a variety of organizations; he has advised clients from non-profits to Fortunate 500 companies in diverse sectors. Areas of special expertise include executive support through assessment and coaching processes, and organizational development through analysis using Engagement and Cultural Approaches.
