Chad Kilpatrick Joins Zelle Human Resource Solutions to Lead Recruiting Division

LINCOLN, NE – Zelle Human Resource Solutions, an HR consulting and recruiting business headquartered in Lincoln, has named Chad Kilpatrick as Vice President of Recruiting. Kilpatrick will oversee the entirety of the Zelle recruiting division.

Kilpatrick is the former Associate Director of Admissions for the University of Nebraska. There, he and his team set records for enrollment numbers. He then went on to lead the Talent Acquisition team for Spreetail as their Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition. Under his leadership, his team won national awards for candidate experience and employer branding. During Kilpatrick's time at Spreetail, he oversaw the scaling of the company's headcount by over 900%.
